The promoter hails from a family with agricultural back ground but turned to Industry in the early eighties. Hasmukh Patel, the promoter joined the family business and gained valuable experience in Dyes & Chemical manufacturing and later Aromatic Chemicals. His liking for Aromas made sure that he promoted this unit independently and then ensured proper growth for materialization of his vision.

He is in the aromatic chemicals business for last ten years and today the company is managed by professionals with more than 25 years specialized experience in related fields. Here before, the company was a proprietorship organisation but to complement its growth and to ensure perpetuity to this wonderful business it was converted in to a company under Indian Statute effective June, 2007.

The company has major expansion plan and is also desirous of backward integration for its growth.For this purpose it has acquired around 4 Acres of land to its adjoining facility and has now a total area of around 4.6 Acres for its Manufacturing facilities. The Company is also in process of acquiring further 20 Acres of Land at strategic location and is finalizing long term Agreements for purchase of key Raw Materials with reputed business houses of the country. The Company is also open to strategic Joint ventures and has couple of overseas proposals on hand.

The Company strongly believes consistency in Growth initiated by its team in terms of number of Products and Volumes is its major Asset.
