Quality Policy

Creative & Collective Approach shall be coupled with inculcation of high sense of Belonging and resultant Responsibility at all levels with in the Organisation, AND a conductively communicative relationship shall be maintained with our Customers, Suppliers and other Associates to achieve a Qualitative Performance in our activities and to ensure reasonable returns to all associated with us. Reliability and Dependability exhibited by our Associates on us shall be the Sole Criterion of our Performance.

R & D

The Company has always focused on R & D activities and from 2 products it has reached to 70 Products in a limited span of time. This was made possible on account it having a multi purpose Pilot plant. As a matter of Policy, the budget on R & D is unrestricted. The Company also maintains a rich Library on Aromatic Science for continuous development of its employees. Over a period of time we have evolved better processes and consistency in Quality.
